Davido accuses Osun Governor Seyi Makinde of sponsoring thugs to disrupt elections, and challenges him to be arrested.

The governor of Oyo state has been accused of disturbing the PDP Osun primaries, according to Nigerian singer Davido.

“It has come to my attention that certain individuals have imported thugs and their machineries to our dear state to intimidate delegates,” he wrote on Twitter. “I will like to reassure Imole supporters and All Adhoc delegates that there is nothing to fear.”

When a user inquired who he was referring to, he replied, “@seyiamakinde.”

The user then advised him to be cautious in his public utterances to avoid being arrested by the Nigerian authorities.

Davido boasted that no one would dare to do it.
