This afternoon, news broke that the business mogul and owner of the “Despite Group of Companies” had purchased a nice, expensive car to commemorate his recent 60th birthday.

Hon Osei Kwame Despite, a Ghanaian philanthropist and entrepreneur with a background in music production and expertise of the broadcasting industry, was born on February 2, 1962. In Kumasi, Osei-Kwame is the CEO of the Despite Firm Ltd, a trade firm with media-related companies like as UTV, Peace FM, Okay FM, Neat FM, and Hello FM. At the African Achievers Awards in the United Kingdom, he was named Africa Entrepreneur of the Year.

On February 2, 2022, Despite celebrated his flashy and luxurious birthday in his Kumasi home with his pals from the East Legon Keep-fit Club, an executive fitness club founded by East Legon’s wealthier and senior residents to assist them stay fit. He flew them from Accra to Kumasi in his private jet to celebrate his birthday, and he also bought two lavish, expensive houses for his two sisters on the same day.
