If recent revelations are correct, Ghana’s hopes of getting Southampton defender Mohammed Salisu are vanished.
Sadick Adams, the reigning Sports Journalist of the Year, shared Mohammed Salisu’s response when asked to represent the Black Stars in a tweet.
According to the disclosure, Alhaji Grusah, the owner of King Faisal, was entrusted with speaking with the player because they had some decent connection between them.
However, after hearing the message, the player cautioned Grusah not to ever speak to him about a future Black Stars involvement since he simply will not be prepared for such a conversation, let alone flying all the way from England to play for Ghana.
The most intriguing aspect of Salisu’s response came when Grusah claimed that the player had asked him if he (Grusah) would be out here convincing his own son to represent the country.
