Kim claims that the posts were based on false information spread by the rapper, but Ye isn’t buying any of her reasons.
In response to Kim’s charges, Kanye has fired back through his lawyers, claiming that his former partner cannot verify that the tweets were written by him on social media.
According to the court documents, Kim claims she read something online that was reportedly written by Kanye and classifies the posts as “misinformation.” Kim was required to submit the social media posts as proof, as well as demonstrate that the posts were written by Kanye,” one of Ye’s attorneys explained.
As stated by his attorneys, Kanye is asking for certain conditions in their divorce case, including restitution of money owing to the former partner in the event that one of them passes away before the other.
This, according to reports, will prevent Kim from withdrawing money from any of the trusts that they have both set up jointly.
As their divorce lawsuit takes on a new dimension, Kanye West has made it clear that he will never allow Kim Kardashian to quit him without a battle.
The Kardashians reportedly testified in court that Kanye’s social media posts caused her severe distress.
