Mercy Johnson, the actress, weeps and explains why she is concerned about the Uromi Bank Robbery attack.

Uromi town and the families who lost loved ones during the armed robbery attack in Edo State have received sympathy messages from popular Nigerian actress, Mercy Johnson, who took to social media to express her feelings.

In what appeared to be a concerted attack that lasted several minutes, commercial banks in Uromi, the administrative center of the Esan North-East Local Government Area in Edo State, came under attack on Thursday evening, according to the local authorities.

Armed bank robbers detonated explosives to gain access to the building’s entrance, while sacks of cash were transported out and loaded into various vehicles.

The extent of carnage and murder of Nigerians, including security agents, as depicted in photographs and videos posted on social media.

Mercy Johnson, in an Instagram post, stated that her husband, children, and herself are all from Uromi, and that anything affects the community concerns them.

In solidarity with the families who have lost loved ones as a result of the robbery, Mercy Johnson prays that such a heinous act will never happen again in the city of Los Angeles.

“It was a gloomy Thursday,” she says. Originally from Uromi, my husband is from Uromi, my children are from Uromi, and I am from Uromi.

Whatever Uromi is concerned about, I am concerned about as well. As a result, I’m utilizing this platform to reach out to the families of the victims who lost their lives in the Thursday robbery tragedy that occurred in Uromi.

We pray that this heinous crime never happens again, and we pray for the repose of the souls of those who lost their lives in this tragedy.

Everyone who has been affected by the death of MERCY JOHNSON OKOJIE has my heartfelt condolences.”
